| Mr. Dundovich joined TCGI as a Vice President in
February of 2001. Prior to this position Mr. Dundovich was the
Manager of Transportation Projects for T.Y. Lin International. Prior
to T.Y. Lin, Mr. Dundovich held executive level positions with
Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) and the Chicago
Transit Authority (CTA). At MARTA, Mr. Dundovich headed the Rail Car
Maintenance Division. Mr. Dundovich also participated in future
transportation planning for the Greater Atlanta Area. Previous to
MARTA, Mr. Dundovich worked for and retired from the Chicago Transit
Authority. In his last position, Mr. Dundovich was the General
Manager of the CTA's Blue Line, responsible for the maintenance and
operation of 400 rail cars and 34 stations over 35 miles of two
track railroad. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dundovich held a number
of man- agement positions including heading rail car maintenance for
the CTA's terminal locations and heading vehicle heavy maintenance.
Mr. Dundovich is a member of the APTA Rail Rolling Stock
Committee and has presented numerous papers.
